the slabs are an indian slate........ really nice colours......
curved on plan retaining wall, built with local "callyworth stone"
these are some brick arches i built with faced stonework on a double garage. and yes i know the arch on the right has got some early signs of effloresence in the key brick.
please note !!!!!!!! I didnt build the poorly built wall on the right !!!! a previouse "so called mason" built it, and personally i think its crap.

- i am a craft mason who generally builds stone walls, my background is in the construction/building industry, I am a level 2/3 craft mason.... this includes decorative brick laying / building arches / scale drawing and rendering etc. but my real love is working with stone. I know many people on here wont consider me a "stone mason" as i am a trained brick layer.. but i am collecting and studying old masonry books learning the craft as i go along !!
