Modeled after medieval cathedrals in Chartres and Amiens, France, All Saints' Chapel cornerstone was laid in 1905, and the last phase of construction began in 1957 under Vice Chancellor Edward McCrady. The rose window is based upon the on in the south transcept of Notre Dame de Paris.

Geroge William Douglas, and Bentley Bells - funded by Mrs. Donne Dentley Wright of Chattanooga, and cast at London's Whitechapel Foundry (makers of the Liberty Bell and Big Ben) - Breslin Tower was donated by Thomas and Elizabeth Breslin, and adjoins Convocation Hall.
